Design Wall Monday

My design wall....well, today it's empty.

I planned to have something to show you, because yesterday it looked like this:

Then, the blocks went to the floor.

Then, they got sashing and last night the borders were added. The quilt is now on Mabel and about half quilted.

  1. Very pretty quilt. Would you share the pattern as it would be great for male quilts.

  3. very cool quilt- I love when a quilt can go right from the assembly to the quilt frame, usually mine need to hang for a while until I have time.

  7. Oh I just LOVE this method of dimensional quilting! I just pulled out a book that has this and many other ideas for adding dimension. If I wasn't SWIMMING in UFOS..I would start one this instant! Lovely work...
