While reading my subscribed blogs this morning, I came across a recipe for tomato pie. I don't think it was baked in a pie shell, but had corn tortillas, green chilis, eggs and I'm not sure what else.
Now that I'm ready to make it, I can't remember what blog it was on.
I'm sure that many of my readers also read the blogs that I do and maybe someone remembers who posted this, or maybe you have the recipe yourself.........
If you use google.com/reader for your subscribed blogs you can type tomato pie into the search box and it'll pop us. Please let us know if you find it.

ReplyDeleteI have made them in pie shells - I'll need to write the basic recipe up and post it... it's great with fresh basil and bacon... but isn't anything great with bacon! LOL
