Put this one on my list!

This is one that I really want to make. The Winter Wonderland quilts on white with red or blue are pretty, but this primitive one is just beautiful! Only problem is....I don't do redwork!

This one was made by Jennifer and when she first called she thought she might like a pantograph, well, as soon as I saw it, I asked her if she was sure and she changed her mind. I really did have a great time with this one.

Lots more pics here!

Oh I love this one! I"m about 1/3 done with the redwork part on mine. I feel like I will never get it done. But boy, do I wish I had done it like this! the quilting is AWESOME!

Oh, that's beautiful! I have that pattern and plan on doing it one day but right now I'm working on "Over the river and through the woods" by the same company. It's not really redwork but just backstitching, a simple stitch. Anybody could do it even you. You should try it. I can't wait to get it done and start working on this one. Great photos too. I love it!

even if you 'don't' do red work you can make it your own.
Draw it out with perm-marker.(My favorite) or
Have a friend machine embroidery the blocks.
OR do it in crochet thread for a more primitive look.
I did a set of blocks for a kid quilt while traveling using crochet thread for a heavey look and it turned out great.

I love quilts with stitcheries and piecing mixed. I've seen that snowman quilt done in all blue, and it was gorgeous, too. I see why you want to make that. It's great.

it's a fantastic quilt and your quilting enhances it wonderfully.

I have loved this quilt, but seeing it in these colors, I love it more. Makes me want to do it im this color way. You did an absolutely beautiful job on this quilt, too Ruthie.

I have quilted a couple of these and they definitely require custom quilting. Great job on this one.
