Tis the Season for T-shirt Quilts

Mary Helen made this quilt for her grandson who just graduated. She makes a t-shirt quilt for all her grandchildren when they graduate. What a nice Grandma!

 I'm not sure why, but I didn't get any other photos of this quilt. Her method of assembly is not one I've seen before. She fuses the design area of the shirt onto fabric and zig-zags around it. Makes for a nice looking t-shirt quilt.
Just a meander with PermaCore Chambray thread and Hobbs 80/20 batting.

Very nice quilt!!! I've made of few of these...fusine that area keeps it from shifting and stretching...nice job on the quilting.
