Say that three times really fast....it's difficult.
Marissa taught us to make these blocks at a guild meeting and made a charity quilt with our blocks. Then she made a quilt for her daughter, Reva. The pattern is actually called Daisiez, by the Australian designer, Jan Mullen.
I wanted to add some movement so I used Turbulence panto by ClothWerx. Good choice, don't you think?
Lave - Mauna Loa thread, which is a variegated purple and Hobbs 80/20 batting.
Here's the back, a yummy mottled purple.

Marissa's Modern Quilt
I'm calling this one modern based on the colors used. I really didn't see the graphic pattern of the top until I took this photo.
Excellent piecing on this beauty! I chose Lime Tree panto because it has a modern, eclectic feel to it. You can't really see a tree unless you look real hard.

Lots of Labor this Weekend
After I finished with Margaret's quilt, I loaded one from Marissa.
Since I had Popcorn on the table, that's what I used for this one also. Omni Spearmint thread and Hobbs 80/20 batting.
And the back:
Next up was Lois's floral quilt. It's not real big, but very busy.
I used Whirlygig for the quilting, Permacore white thread and Hobbs 80/20 bleached batting.
Here's a better view of the quilting:
