Design Wall Monday

These blocks were made a couple years ago and put away because I got confused when arranging them. The pattern is Strip Twist by Bonnie Hunter. Our guild has been asked once again to make twin quilts for Visions of Hope, a residential treatment center for young women. All their bedding is lavender and they want purple quilts. Hopefully, I can get this one together and quilted in the next couple of weeks.

Ruthie,
This looks great, I am sure ever who sleeps under it will feel loved.

I agree with Amy, whoever sleeps under this quilt will feel the love. A UFO going to a very good cause. Can't get better than that!

I've always loved the spinning movement in that quilt design, and yours really captures it well.

What a beautiful quilt top. I may just have to go over to Bonnie's blog and get it. I love the way it looks, good job.

I've always loved this particular pattern from Bonnie but haven't yet made one myself. Yours is lovely and how serendipitous that it's in purples so it fits the donation :)

The colors look great. I love this pattern and can't wait to make another for myself.

What a wonderful way to take care of a UFO!
