This is on my design wall today and I hope to get the trees appliqued down this week. I completed the background of this quilt at our guild nickel workshop in May and when I got ready to work on it a few weeks later, I couldn't find the book to trace the tree shapes. I found it recently by my scanner. Hmmm, imagine that.

ha-i've done that before-left the original in the scanner-don't realize it until I go to use the scanner again--surprise!
