Here's another quilt that Sharon made. Very colorful, don't you think? I'm not sure if she used a pattern, or not. She just called it Half-Square Triangles.
Simple custom quilting, including continuous curves and elongated loops. Hobbs 80/20 batting and PermaCore lime green thread.
Just look at all those half-square triangles. Sharon presses her seams open and they match up perfectly. The few times I tried to press open, I had a hard time matching those points. I would rather have them nest up against each other, but sometimes that makes for a very thick seam. Maybe I'll try it again....
