Design Wall Monday

My design wall....well, today it's empty.

I planned to have something to show you, because yesterday it looked like this:

Then, the blocks went to the floor.

Then, they got sashing and last night the borders were added. The quilt is now on Mabel and about half quilted.

Very pretty quilt. Would you share the pattern as it would be great for male quilts.

I agree that is a great quilt. It floats. Very nice.

very cool quilt- I love when a quilt can go right from the assembly to the quilt frame, usually mine need to hang for a while until I have time.

Great quilt! It's wonderful that it went together so well and is already getting quilted.

Oh I just LOVE this method of dimensional quilting! I just pulled out a book that has this and many other ideas for adding dimension. If I wasn't SWIMMING in UFOS..I would start one this instant! Lovely work...

The quilt looks fabulous. Funnily enough I had just come up with a similar design for one for myself and having seen yours I really must get to the sewing machine ..........
