Virginia's Paper Dolls

Virginia made this cute quilt using paper doll and 1930's fabrics.

 I chose button Flower for the quilting as I think it brings out the girly-look of this quilt.

 Poly batting and White Omni thread for this quilt for a lucky little girl.

Angie's Twin Quilts

Angie made these two quilts, one for her mom and one for her aunt. Same fabrics and pattern, just different borders. So cute!

The first one I quilted with Ribbons and Roses panto.

This one has Button Flower panto.

Both have Hobbs 80/20 batting and Omni Cream thread.

Kathy's First Quilt

Here's my duaghter-in-law, Kathy with her very first quilt.  The front:

 She pieced it and quilted it and even put on the binding. I'm very proud of her!

The occasion for this very first quilt: her first granddaughter, Bella.

Rosemary's Black and White with a Splash of Lime

Here is the last of Rosemary's quilts. Again, I just love what she has done with these fabrics. It's just my style!

On Facebook, I called it Lime-a-rita. I guess because I've been seeing those new drinks I want to try with that name.

I used Button Flower panto as I though it worked well with the oh-so cute fabrics. Hobbs 80/20 batting and Omni Cream thread.

The back is a batik. Love the sun shining through!

Elizabeth's 3rd Birthday Quilt

I'm working on the binding tonight on this cute little quilt, but had to take a break to do some computer stuff.

Julie bought the Barbie fabric at Shipshewana from Susie and asked me if I would make a quilt for Liz. There's still a lot of the fabric left, so there will be more than one Barbie quilt.

I bought some fabrics for the block borders and sashing in Shipshewana and got a good start on it there. It got put away shortly after that but since her birthday party is this Sunday, I need to get the binding finished tomorrow.



I chose Button Flower panto and used Permacore Light Strawberry thread. I actually piece the Hobbs 80/20 batting.

Carla's Baby Quilts

I finished all 3 of Carla's baby quilts and they are just cute as can be. They were just panels that she added borders to.



The first one, I quilted with angel wings because of the butterflies in the border fabric.





The second one has Button Flower in the center only and the borders have 2 different quilting designs.







The third one has stars and Loops in the center and wavy diamonds in the outer border.





I think they all turned out great and I'm sure her great Nieces and Nephew will love them.

NICU Quilts

Carole sent these 6 fabrics to be quilted for NICU quilts. the first 4 are flannel and are oh so soft. Probably the softest flannel I've ever seen and such cute fabrics. Warm & Natural batting and PermaCore Eggshell thread in all three.

Button Flower

I though this 56" square strip quilt made by Carole needed something simple. The circles on the backing fabric gave me the idea to use the Button Flower panto by Keryn Emmerson.


I used Warm and Natural batting and PermaCore pink thread.

Button Flower QOV

I received this QOV in the mail yesterday and loaded it this morning and now it will be on it's way back to Kathy.

Button Flower pantograph, White PermaCore thread and a poly blend batting from Joanns makes a real nice QOV.
